Third-Party Access
We do not allow any government agencies, institutions, or organizations to access our clients' information without a valid court order. Any request for information must be accompanied by a legally binding court order before we consider disclosing any data.
Client/Customer Requests
Organizations are not permitted to request information directly from our clients/customers through our platform. All communications and data requests must go through our official channels and comply with our privacy policies.
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA:
- The right to know what personal information we collect about you, including the categories and specific pieces of data.
- The right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.

Data Retention

After this period, the data will be deactivated and can be reactivated upon user request. Data cannot be deleted, but may be updated or modified with proper User logging to prevent fraud and manipulation.
Data Deletion
Users may request data deletion by contacting us at Legal@USciForms.com. While data cannot be fully erased due to fraud prevention policies, it will be deactivated. We may require additional information to confirm your identity, this process can be between 24 to 48 hours, after confirmation of identity and the user will be notified by email.
Account Closure or User Subscription Cancelation
Users can close or terminate their subscription by:
- Using the “Cancel Subscription” option in their profile.
- Emailing Support@USciForms.com
In that case the data will be automatically deactivated, user can request deletion of information contemplated in the Data Deletion policy point.
System logs
Our system maintains detailed logs of all transactions conducted within the platform. These logs include information about user activities, specifying the actions performed, the accounts affected, and the timestamps of each action. Additionally, the system records login and logout events for every user, along with their respective access levels. These measures are implemented for your protection and our forensic protection.
3. Use of Services
Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at Support@USciForms.com
